The Advisor Program – Innovation Leadership
The Innovation Leadership Advisor Program provides three months of access to me via Zoom, e-mail, phone, fax, etc. The anchor of the engagement is a weekly Zoom call to review goals, challenges, and approaches for driving success in your context. I act as a sounding board and help to anticipate issues and consider alternatives for resolving them. As a particular focus, I work with people as they transition to new roles, assume additional responsibilities, introduce new methodologies, navigate organizational issues and/or work to develop their teams.
The Approach
We work together to reach a mutual decision as to how to connect and how often. We usually begin by discussing your current situation, expectations, and challenges. For each program, we establish goals and the cadence for our meetings. Some people call bi-weekly, some weekly, others more frequently. The frequency and style are up to you. I return all phone calls and email within agreed-upon times.
Fees
The fee for the Advisor Program is $4,750 for three months. The fee is required to begin the process or to claim a place on the waiting list. The fee is non-refundable.
The Advisor Program – Lean Startup in Large Organizations
The Lean Startup Advisor Program provides seven months of access to me via Zoom, e-mail, phone, fax, etc. It includes tutorials on the key aspects of implementing Lean Startup in large organizations, which are offered to working groups as needed. It also includes critiques of key activities: customer value proposition, customer value calculation, business model options, business experiment design, business pro forma, etc. A significant focus is working with the existing business to get results. We stay on track with a weekly Zoom call to review goals, challenges, and approaches for driving success in your context. I help participant to anticipate issues and to model the kinds of reviews with their teams that will lead to success. This program is designed to help innovation teams to be successful with new business innovation inside the corporate context.
